  • Scott O. LaFevers,
    DDS, MBA
    DENTIST

    Dr. Scott LaFevers was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC.  He graduated from Eastern Wayne High School in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance (2001) and his Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management (2002) from East Carolina University. 


  • Spencer G. Dail,
    DMD
    DENTIST

    Dr. Spencer Dail was born and raised in Snow Hill, North Carolina.  He graduated from Greene Central High School in 2007 and attended North Carolina State University where he graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

  • Derek M. Steele,
    DDS
    DENTIST

    Dr. Derek M. Steele, a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. He graduated from J.H. Rose High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from Brigham Young University.

  • Frederick L. Nance,
    DDS, MS
    DENTIST

    Dr. Frederick Nance, a North Carolina native, completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina in 1972. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of North Carolina in 1976 with highest honors in pathology.

    DENTIST

    Dr. W. Lee Lewis, a specialist in both Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry, is a native of Greenville, NC. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University and his Dental Degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1995.

    DDS
    DENTIST

    Dr. A. Winfield Knight, Jr., is a native North Carolinian and was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. He graduated from Durham High School in 1965. He then received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Duke University. While an undergraduate, he was active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served as an usher at Duke University Chapel. And, it goes without saying, he is a “dyed in the wool” Duke fan.
